Location - marvellous, right by a local restaurant by the river front and ayarwaddy river. Perfect and attractive unit with wooden floors. Early check-in, late check-out.

It was really nice stay, I liked savoury food.

Location: the hotel was so close to Mandalay from 15th august 17th august 2018, ayarwaddy river and a monastery where the chanting began at 5 am and lasted until 7 am. The superior queen room was air conditioned, it included an electronic key card, a work desk and a multi-channel television. The service was very good and the pool was nice.

Ho soggiornato in questo bed and breakfast per qualche giorno e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. La struttura si trova in una zona bellissima, immersa nel verde e molto tranquilla. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Le camere, sebbene con un bagno in comune, erano pulite e confortevoli. Avevano tutto il necessario per il mio soggiorno e mi sono sentito molto a mio agio. La colazione, in stile italiano, era ottima: c'era una macchina del caffè e una selezione di pasticcini e frutta fresca.

Clean accommodation, super-friendly staff at the reception desk. Extremely comfy beds in our superior queen room. Wide ranging and delicious options for breakfast with occidental dishes, fruit plus toast. Fantastic and beautiful location by Ayeyarwaddy river, easy to get around. And just off Mandalay Central railway station and flower market. Relaxing base for exploring Mandalay.

The place was clean with an accommodating staff at the reception desk. The restaurant here was particularly good at rooftop & superp sunset view, we both ordered savoury dishes. Fabulous view at sunset, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with any queries or requests. Secondly, the room itself was lovely, with a king-size bed that was so comfortable, and it had a great view of the river. Lastly, the hotel's location, albeit a little way out from the main town area, was perfect for me. Situated in an area where you get to see the real local life and in front of the river, it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere that I truly appreciated.

This place is a quiet 4-star hotel with a rooftop terrace offering stunning views; it is reasonably priced and you can enjoy a drink at their sky bar.

The location, albeit a little way out from the main town area, is perfect for those wanting to experience the real local life and enjoy the beautiful views of the river. The staff were extremely friendly and the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast at the rooftop café, with its great country views, was a delightful start to the day.

The hotel could consider extending the opening hours of the roof terrace for those guests who want to enjoy a relaxing drink without needing to head to bed.

The hotel is situated in an area near the river that may appear poor, but in fact offers an authentic glimpse into local daily activities. Guests can enjoy lovely views of the sun setting over the river from the rooftop sky bar. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and offer service with a smile.

The fitness center is not currently available for use.

As a leisure traveler, I stayed at Ayarwaddy River View for a few nights. The staff and facility were fantastic, and the breakfast provided a great start to the day. The sky bar offered stunning views and complimentary cocktails during a certain time. Special shoutout to Venus for her friendly chats and exceptional hospitality. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night's sleep. it was a great stay thanks to the top-notch staff, delicious meals, and comfortable amenities.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is superb, right in front of the river and just a short distance from the main town area. The view from our room was stunning, with beautiful views of the river and the city. The hotel is well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff provided excellent service, from arranging airport shuttle to delivering a Christmas present to our room. They were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit both local and Western tastes. we highly recommend this hotel.

That we didn't have enough time to enjoy all the facilities. We missed out on the complimentary cocktails at sunset and didn't get a chance to swim in the pool.

During my recent business trip, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the rooftop bar with stunning views of the river. The location was ideal for my needs, as it was conveniently close to my business meetings. the hotel staff was very polite and attentive to my requests.

The hotel's surroundings were not as pleasant as I expected. There were several impoverished families that lived on the streets nearby, which was a stark contrast to the modern amenities of the hotel.
